Home delivery by DHL

The package is delivered to your home against signature. Once the order is shipped, the Customer receives a notification from DHL EXPRESS ON DEMAND DELIVERY (DHL ODD).

ODD will send you information via email and/or SMS regarding the shipment's progress, as well as the expected delivery date and time. This service allows you to choose the delivery time and location. ODD offers the following options:

• • Deliver the package on another day;
• • Deliver the package to another address;
• • Deliver the package to a safe location: authorize delivery of the shipment without signature;
• • Deliver the package to a neighbor, receptionist or caretaker;
• • Deliver the package to a DHL service point;
• • Request to put on hold for up to 30 days.

Delivery is free for purchases over €180, excluding sales periods.
