DELIVERY
Home delivery by DHL
Your package will be delivered to you in person against signature.
Here are the delivery rates charged by Minelli.fr:
- Delivery charge of €5.90 for any purchase amount less than €180.
- DHL home delivery: free for purchases over €180.
Yes, to create a new delivery address, simply follow these steps:
> Validate your basket
> Choose the home delivery method
> Click on "Add a new address"
Tip: If you are going on vacation or traveling, use the same procedure as above.
Please note that no order changes can be taken into account after payment of the order.
- Log in to your account
- Go to the “My orders” section
- Check the status of your order: validated/being processed/shipped
- Once the order is shipped, you can easily track it by clicking on the “track my DHL package” button.
DHL may notify the Recipient of an upcoming delivery or a missed delivery. Recipient may be offered a delivery option such as delivery to another date, delivery without signature, rerouting of the Shipment or delivery to a Point of DHL relay.
To track your DHL delivery
On your account
1. Log in to your account
2. Click on “My Orders”
3. The status of your order is then indicated. Click on “Order Tracking”
Or:
1. Go to your shipping confirmation email
2. Click on the button "TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER"
3. You track your order wherever you are.
In the event of a delivery being flashed by DHL, the latter is binding and Minelli has no recourse.
It is up to the customer(s) to make a complaint to DHL customer service.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 14 days from the date you received your package to return your item along with the return slip for a refund. You can also use your 14-day right of withdrawal to get a refund for your product.
At a DHL collection point or home collection via DHL:
Returned items must not have been worn, must be in their original packaging (shoe box) and be accompanied by the return slip.

Products returned by mail are checked by our logistics department upon receipt at the warehouse. You will receive an email when the refund is triggered.
If necessary, you can contact our customer service via the contact us section.
To return your order, we invite you to follow the steps in Returns & Refunds located at the bottom of the MINELLI website in the “Our services” category or in your customer account in the “My orders and returns” section.
Once your return request has been validated, you will receive your return slip by email within two hours. If necessary, you can contact our customer service by phone via the contact us section.
Can't find your return slip?
If you have an account on minelli.fr, go to the "Returns & Refunds" section of your account.
If not, access it via the “Our Services > Returns and Refunds” tab.
- Return to store:
Products purchased online can be exchanged in-store but cannot be refunded. To exchange, be sure to bring your Minelli item along with your receipt.
- The return online:
Products purchased online can be exchanged both online and in-store, but refunds are only possible online. To exchange or receive a refund, remember to retrieve your return slip.
I am satisfied or refunded
Don't like an item or have you simply changed your mind? We'll refund it subject to conditions. You have up to 14 days after receiving your purchase to return your items.
Refunds will be considered for unworn items returned in their original packaging.
Products purchased online cannot be refunded in store.
TIP: How to avoid making size mistakes?
We advise you to take your usual size and/or remember to check the product description.
Return by post:
Returns via Chronopost cost €4.95. Therefore, it is your responsibility to retain all proof of return. We encourage you to return items by tracked delivery or any other means that provides proof of return shipping. These shipping receipts must include the following information: recipient's address, shipping date, and package number.
Returns to the store are free.
Please note that:
Delivery costs will be refunded to you if the order is returned in its entirety.
Shipping costs are not refunded if the order is partially returned.
The right of withdrawal does not deviate from the 2 conditions cited above: if you have placed an order containing several products and only one of them is returned, the delivery costs will not be refunded despite sending the withdrawal form.

SECURE PAYMENT
- By clicking on the bank card of your choice, you are directed to the secure SHOPIFY PAYMENTS payment site which integrates the SSL security standard. You are on a secure part of the website when you see these icons displayed: Payment card logos
- When paying, you indicate your card number, the expiry date and the number on the back of your card.
- This confidential data is automatically transmitted in encrypted mode (SSL protocol) to be verified in order to prevent abuse and fraud.
- The transaction is debited from your account on the day your order is shipped.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, CARTE BLEUE, AMERICAN EXPRESS, APPLE PAY bank cards and we do not accept Minelli and other gift cards.
The bank account corresponding to the bank card used for payment will be debited instantly after order confirmation.
All your purchases on minelli.fr are protected and secure.
Your bank details are encrypted and disappear automatically after payment.
You can make your purchases on our site with complete peace of mind.

ORDERS
Step 1: I do my shopping
Two possibilities:
- Enter a keyword or reference in the Minelli search engine.
- Select directly what you are looking for in the categories section that we offer located in the menu at the top of each page.
Select the items you wish to purchase by choosing the size, color, quantity and clicking on “Add to cart”.
Step 2: I confirm my basket
After checking the contents of my order, I click on “Payment”.
Step 3: I confirm my contact details
If you don't have an account yet, enter your email address in the "I don't have an account" box and click "CONTINUE." Fill out the form and click "CONTINUE."
If you already have an account, enter your username and password in the "I already have an account" box and then click "LOG IN".
If you wish to place an order as a guest, you can continue your order without creating an account using the "Quick Order" tab.
Step 4: I choose my delivery method
To choose your delivery method, click on the desired delivery method. It will be distinguished from the others by a black box.
If you have chosen delivery to a store or collection point, select the address of your choice.
If you have chosen home delivery, enter your delivery details. You can use this same address as your billing address by checking the box provided.
If not, you can add a new address by clicking on "add a new address".
Step 5: I choose my secure payment method
I confirm the general terms and conditions of sale, then I select my payment type: VISA, MASTERCARD, Carte Bleue or AMERICAN EXPRESS.
If I have opted to pay by credit card, I enter my bank details directly on the checkout page.
I receive an email confirming my order.
Once payment has been validated, it is not possible to modify the order. For any cancellation requests, you can contact our customer service: clients_minelli@maison-minelli.fr.
Once your payment has been validated:
An order confirmation page appears on the screen with a summary of your order.
Automatically, a confirmation email is sent to you indicating the validation of your order and your payment.
View your orders from your account by clicking on “my orders”.
In the MY ACCOUNT area, accessible at the top right of each page of the site, first consult the "My Orders" section. On this page, you will find all the information relating to your order. The status will indicate whether the order is "pending" if it has not yet been processed or "shipped" if it has been sent.
If you cannot find an answer to your problem, you can contact our customer service by clicking on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.
MY ACCOUNT
You have two options:
- You create an account directly through the “my account” section at the top right of each page.
- You create your account when you confirm your order.
Simply select the items you want and click "View Cart" then "Checkout." If you don't have an account yet, fill out the form provided.
Finally, click "Validate" at the bottom of the page. An email will be sent to you to confirm the creation of your account. Don't forget to keep your login details as they will be useful the next time you log in.
Please note that the web account and the store account are independent. Just because you created a store account doesn't mean you have a web account (and vice versa).
Go to the top right in "My Account"
Click on “Forgot password”.
Provide your email address so that Minelli can send you a password reset email.
This email will contain all the information needed to reset your password.
It may take a few minutes to receive this email. Please check your spam folder to see if you have already received this email.
Receive our news, invitations, private sales, and more in advance.
By email: From your customer account, you can subscribe to the newsletter.
If you are already registered in our stores to receive our newsletters and/or SMS, your subscription remains unchanged.
By subscribing to our newsletter (by text message or email), you will be informed of all our promotional offers. To take advantage of our private sales, you will need to create an account one week before the promotional offers begin*.
On the day of a private sale or any other commercial transaction requiring an account, log in to your account and shop with peace of mind. Discounts will appear in your shopping cart.
*Subscribing to newsletters and text messages does not guarantee access to our private sales. You will only be able to benefit from them if you create your account before the date indicated in the legal notices.
Modify your personal information by going to the “My Account” section.
Click on “Personal Information”. Your changes will be taken into account by clicking on the “Update” button.
Your name, email address and shipping address are required to process your orders.
Your mobile phone number is essential if you wish to receive our special offers by SMS.
Unless you agree, they are not transmitted to other companies.
